SOWERBY WI REPORT – DECEMBER 2025...

Our new President Jean opened the meeting, welcoming members and visitors and informing them about the Federation events and workshops on offer, which included a lunch and fashion show at Easingwold, and the Spring Council Meeting in Scarborough.

We would vote on the WI Resolutions in January, after researching the topics, which are: Accessible Public Toilets; Action on Women’s Homelessness; Every child needs a friend (Independent Visitors in the Care System); Love your Vulva; Nearer to Nature.
